The Fry Girl Inc. formerly known as the Hot Spot Mini Donuts was founded in 2001 when Shelley Beals purchased a mini donut machine and began making mini donuts at special events in Southern California and surrounding areas.

Since then Shelley’s entrepreneurial spirit has guided her to take her business to a whole new level.  Shelley now owns numerous mini donut machines and various types of deep fryers.  She is constantly dreaming up ‘frideas’ for more tasty treats to offer her clients!
